Charles is a Director and Board Member for Castor Vali Services Nigeria (CVSN). In this role, he supports the rest of the Castor Vali team with his knowledge of the local market in West Africa and with business development in the region.
Charles is a business and performance improvement advisor. He has extensive research and consulting experience in business strategy, organisational development, process improvement, transformation and people management. For over 25 years, he has led change projects for clients in Nigeria and beyond.
Charles has a degree in Sociology, a masters in Industrial Sociology, and a PhD. in Organisational Studies. He has previously worked for one of the top four global consulting firms as a Director and Business Practice Leader of organisation, people and change solutions for Nigeria and West Africa. Charles is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
