Steve has served as CEO for over a decade, holding board-level responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategy. In addition to his broader leadership remit, he has direct oversight of service delivery across Africa and provides executive guidance to the company’s country managers.
A proud Kenyan, born and raised, Steve is a recognised and highly regarded figure within Africa’s security sector. He is a regular speaker at industry events and brings a genuine commitment to helping clients de-risk their operations in and around the continent.
Steve has a background in operations and logistics, with extensive experience moving personnel and equipment through some of the most remote parts of East Africa. This background gives him real-world, on-the-ground insights into the challenges our clients face every day. He transitioned into security with KK Security, where he built a decade of experience prior to joining Castor Vali.
