In his role as CCO, Steve has board-level ownership of client engagement, covering sales, marketing and account management. He leads three of Castor Vali’s client-facing divisions – Corporate Risk Services, Security Information Services and Offshore and Maritime Services. Concurrently he is the service line head for Offshore and Maritime Security.
Steve is highly engaged with our clients, taking a hands-on approach with his team to design bespoke comprehensive risk management and security solutions. He has a particular specialism in the offshore oil and gas sector in West Africa, while his broader remit covers multiple geographies and other industries.
Prior to joining Castor Vali, Steve served as a Royal Marines Commando. He was a Platoon Weapons Instructor, specialising in weapons, tactics and modern urban combat, and was deployed in a wide range of operations, including two operational tours of Afghanistan. over his 10-year military career.
