As COO, Clint holds board-level responsibility for several key functions, including HR and compliance. He works closely alongside the CEO on strategy, policy and process development, and broader business planning for the Castor Vali Group.
Clint has a strong commitment to organisational culture and nurturing the talent in Castor Vali, and is active in ensuring that services are delivered to consistently high standards of quality and repeatability. He designed and delivered the implementation of our new management system as part of the UK pilot for ISO/PAS 28007. This enabled Castor Vali to be one of the first security companies to achieve this certification. The company is now compliant with many other internationally-recognised standards.
Prior to joining Castor Vali, Clint served for 23 years as a Royal Marines Command, where he built up a wide portfolio of skills, covering operations, training, signals intelligence, management and leadership. His service included substantial operational experience in a variety of challenging and hostile environments around the world including four operational tours within Iraq and Afghanistan, and he finished as an officer.
