Iva is responsible for driving compliance, governance, and the people strategy across Castor Vali’s 12 entities. Based in Nairobi, she leads the integration of robust compliance frameworks and HR structures that support operational excellence and align with Castor Vali’s Vision.
With more than 15 years of management and leadership experience across Africa and the Middle East, Iva has worked extensively across complex, high-risk, and multi-jurisdictional environments, successfully embedding resilient systems and processes that deliver sustainable results.
Iva holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership. She is passionate about fostering strong organisational culture through fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement, reinforcing Castor Vali’s commitment to safety, integrity and operational excellence.
