Iva is responsible for driving compliance, governance, and people strategy across Castor Vali’s 12 entities. Based in Nairobi, she leads the integration of robust compliance frameworks and HR structures that support operational excellence and align with Castor Vali’s Vision.
Educated in South Africa and formerly resident in Uganda, Iva is now based in Kenya. She has over 15 years of management and leadership experience across Africa and the Middle East, Iva has successfully navigated high-risk, multi-jurisdictional environments, embedding resilient systems and processes that deliver sustainable results.
Iva holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership. She is passionate about strengthening organisational culture through fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement, reinforcing Castor Vali’s commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
