Gonçalo is a lawyer in Mozambique and the founder and partner of BCA – Barros Cardoso Advogados – a law firm advising multinational companies and investors on corporate, regulatory and transactional matters in Mozambique.
Gonçalo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Commercial Law, and a law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon. He has been recognised as a Rising Star by IFLR1000 and The Legal 500 for his work in Banking, Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions.
