Frank is an executive leader with extensive experience in security governance, strategic partnerships, and operations across African markets. As Director of Castor Vali Landmark (CVLM), he provides leadership in security and risk management, institutional development, and strategic stakeholder engagement in complex operating environments.
In addition to his work with Castor Vali, Frank is also Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Security. He previously served as Africa Pillar Board Director at the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA), contributing to global governance oversight and the advancement of responsible private security standards.
With academic expertise in geopolitics, foreign affairs, international and European security, Frank brings a policy-informed perspective to strategic decision-making at all levels.
