Eendren Venchard serves as a Mauritius-based Director, bringing extensive experience in international financial services, corporate structuring and fiduciary operations. He provides strategic oversight and guidance on the company’s presence in Mauritius, ensuring alignment with regulatory and tax strategy while supporting long-term objectives.
With 35 years of experience in developing and managing global business structures, Eendren brings a deep practical understanding of multi-jurisdictional operations to his role. This expertise allows the Board to structure and manage its cross-border interests with confidence, underpinned by sound regulatory and tax positioning.
Eendren began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey, specialising in offshore financial services, before relocating to Mauritius where he established himself as a formative figure in the development of its global business sector. He founded and led Matheson Trust Company (Mauritius) Limited, a joint venture with Jardine Matheson, which later evolved into NWT (Mauritius) Limited. Over his career he has held directorships across a wide range of international groups, including companies associated with Jardine Matheson, Tyco/ADT and Flextronics. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc (Econ) in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
